電影《十三號星期五》同名遊戲登場！玩家將扮演傳說中的殺人魔傑森沃爾希斯與營地中的7位青年，親身體驗1對7恐怖逃生的緊張與刺激感。

傑森的目的是在七名青年逃脫之前殺死他們。傑森幾乎是無敵的，但是追逐輔導員時行動緩慢，需要靈活運用傑森的技能，例如瞬時運動和感應等，來完成目標。

另一方面，扮演青年的玩家的目的是逃離營地或生存20分鐘。
您可以通過打電話給警察並乘汽車或輪船去營地出口逃脫。

房子裡有武器，找到它們和其他物品可以幫助您在傑森手下生存。

用武器攻擊傑森，可以暫時使他不能移動。使用散落在房屋周圍的物品和武器來增加生存機會。
